State or Group Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available for state, regional or local CIT groups to meet for purposes of discussions, sharing of information and ideas, planning, etc.

Use this portal to select the day(s) and time(s) you are interested in meeting.

Even though you will get a confirmation that you put in a reservation, you will still receive a final email confirming your day(s), time(s) and which room you are assigned.

The master reservation list will be at the Help Desk in case you have any questions.

If you wish to reserve a room once onsite at the conference, visit the Help Desk for availability.
