  • Memphis Model Core Elements

In September 2007 a group of  individuals who were dedicated to the vision of advancing CIT programs using a set of Core Elements convened in Memphis to develop the Core Elements document.  This effort was led by the founders of CIT -  Dr. Randy Dupont and Major (retired) Sam Cochran.

It was believed that In order for a CIT program to be successful, several critical core elements should be present. These elements are central to the success of the program’s goals.

Learn more about the Memphis Model Core Elements and use them to guide the development of your CIT program or to improve and sustain your CIT program
